Facilitation Services

We’ve all experienced it: a manager schedules yet another meeting, and we reluctantly oblige. The meeting starts, attention wanes, and some participants mentally check out while feigning engagement. Others don’t bother pretending; they’re engrossed in their laptops or phones.

For many employees, meetings serve as a reprieve from work and an opportunity to socialise. They often become platforms for attention-seekers, ladder climbers, and extroverts. Quieter team members tend to remain silent, unable to make any meaningful contribution.

Most teams adhere to meeting schedules as policy, like the weekly staff updates. Then there are the meetings that result from procrastination: “We can’t decide now, so let’s schedule a meeting.

Lastly, there are meetings to discuss a new initiative, problem, or idea, where scheduling feels like a form of action, but nothing ever gets agreed upon or resolved.

But at the end of all of these meetings, there is almost never any agreed-upon plan or action. By approaching meetings from a different perspective, we can shift them from being an energy-sucking chore to valuable opportunities for collaboration at the end of which things get done.

How? Facilitation.

During your facilitation workshop, all participants will contribute to the discussion; the data will be visualised, a solution will be found, and a clear decision made at the end.

Let me facilitate your next workshop to help individuals and teams get more done faster and achieve amazing results.
